Great article about Gong. Have loved their music and Hillage's for many years. Have also became a teetotaler un-potted pixie like Daevid and Steve as I and many of my friends have gotten into our fifties and sixties. Their music was great. "Fish Rising" and "Gong You" were great albums.

I am very thankful for the interest and enthusiasm for Jeff's and my Frio Suite. Thank you John and Echoes for showcasing it. What a thrill! Perhaps there will be a Frio #2. Thanks again..

This show at the TLA blew me away. My friend and I decided to go, because I enjoyed what i had heard of the new album. I was unaware that this would be one of the best shows of 2009. A setlist for this show would be stellar. If you're reading this, and you have one, email it to chris.rebmann@gmail.com right now.

One must not forget his work with David Byrne. By far my favorite Eno work was with John Cale - Wrong Way Up. Enjoyed the show last night!

What a treat! I have been a faithful fan of Ottmar since day-one. I last saw him at the Paul Masson Winery in Saratoga which is a charming setting for any set but really provided more dramatic ambience and backdrop for Ottmar's performance.

After having discovered Rahim at the Freight and Salvage in Berkeley and having had the pleasure of talking to him, I have been a captivated fan not only of his music but of his story and enduring spirit.

To be able to experience the two is definitely greater than the sum of all parts! Thanks for sharing this unique offering.
